I'm hearing modulation, a male speaking Chinese on 21495 this morning here
(~1320z) and it's getting stronger.
I can't find it on any of the usual frequency lists. But I was able to parallel
it to CNR1 on 9830kHz.
21495Khz 1331 28 SEP 2024 - CNR1 JAMMER(?) (CHINA). SINPO = 25232. Chinese,
male announcer reading.
