IRAN [non]. 12110, March 5 at 1553, JBA carrier with Doppler
flutter; presumably Iran International TV via Bulgaria, per several
reports in WOR iog altho not yet entered into Aoki or EiBi. Their day
frequency changed and changed, but nights have stayed on 5885
