** IRAN [non]. 9425, May 29 at 2047, Iran International TV in Farsi,
also music, S9+5/12 into Noale, Italy SDR; vs OTH radar? and seeming
CCI. At 2048 majestic music like a national anthem; 2049 dead air
audiblizing an understation, major signal off at 2050* leaving S6/S9
of what`s left. I am now thinking the NA station were something else,
like N Korea? Not supposed to be on 9425. At 2229 into UTwente,
S9+20/25 Persian mixing with something else, but 2230 Persian only.
Maybe the else was jamming? At least no tones of TOMBS as yesterday.
Presumably BULGARIA site.
Chuck Albertson, Seattle reports, ``Hearing 9425 Friday afternoon
2250-2305 at S9+ via the Malin Head (Co Donegal, Eire) SDR in Farsi.
When I've heard it in the past, their radio output was the audio track
from their satellite TV feed, don't think that has changed; no clear
ID.``
Chuck also sends a couple of stories in Financial Times about IITV and
its security problems at London HQ, you might try to access via
www.ft.com:
Iranian dissident news network received ?650mn of debt relief

** U S A. Pre- `AAAWWW` chex of WBCQs, May 29 at 2353 into NH SDR,
frequency calibration corrected with 7850 CHU CANADA. 9330.174 is on!
at S7 with FKB // 7490 which is -83 Hz = 7489.917, S9+15/25. At 2355,
6160 -68 Hz = 6159.932 is S9/+10 also with FKB. 5130 -77 Hz = 5129.923
with The Planet IS & ID loop. And even 3265.136, S9/+10 also FKB. I
then listen to 7490.917. After his 60-second wrapup tone cue, FKB
coughs, blames pollen and COPD, but will be on WINB 9265 tomorrow.
May 30 at 0000, Allan says ``Hit it!`` and WTO theme starts; other
interjexions: ``Wow``, ``You know folx, we`re still standing...``, and
at end, ``schisms``. 0004 says it`s raining and pouring - about there
or to Angela in Fla on fone? need to get indoors. Cuts mikes for
several seconds of dead air while he does something. ``A one-man band
in Maine``; 6160 had some problem he was working on. Mentions on all
five frequencies a ``five-some``; 9330 is a standby backup
transmitter, not the 500 kW. Datestamp 29 May YOOL 2026, from the
trailer, looking out at all the different antennas, including a 4x4
curtain and the big Ampegon furthest away currently silent since
January. Still trying to get a new client for the super-stition.
Complains about electricity rates keep going up which he thinx is not
justified; don`t really know who owns the electric company he has to
deal with. Hal Turner will be on at 9-10 pm ET, also on WRMI & WWCR.
`BCQ is tortured by electric company thru the years for decades.
Angela cannot live in Maine if Platner is elected Senator to replace
Susan Collins, since he`s OK with rape? She interjects other very
hardline comments. 0024 datestamp again. Phone ringing in studio but
he doesn`t know where it is. Finally finds it and has a call from Tim
[not Tron]. 0036 ID and multi-frequencies again. There are 500 to 600
million SW receivers in the world, per BBC figures; and 150 to 200
million are listened to per week. 0042 another call from Norm, Mr.
Transistor, until 0051. 0052 Allan says he has been restoring an old
record recorder [is that a vinyl disc engraver?]; likes to deal with
large tube devices, bench work. About to play a song Angela requested,
but at 0055 not enough time. Chex email, from Stewart, Patrick. Allan
likes Susan Collins, has done good stuff for Maine altho somewhat
RINO. 0100 prayer, 0101 ID, JIP Hal Turner on 7490 (Glenn Hauser, OK,
WOR)

something`s always wrong; vs high local line noise level of S9+10 -
which is worse than ever across SW from top to bottom, and also above
700 kHz MW (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2349 monitoring: as expected, 5085
WTWW not on the air UT Sat May 30 at 0300.
Confirmed Saturday May 30 at 0949 the 0930 on WRMI 7570, S9+10 direct
but so is the local noise level worsening with additional pulsing
noise constantly to the steady buzz, more of a problem the lower the
frequency.
Also confirmed Saturday May 30 at 1434 the 1430 on SW Radio Gold,
Germany, 6160.001+, S9 into UTwente. Note: next week expected to be
pre-empted for TRSW.
Also confirmed Saturday May 30 at 1530 on WRMI 9955, S9+10/20 into
Georgia SDR.
Also confirmed Saturday May 30 at 1600 on WRN via WRMI 9395, S9+20
into Georgia SDR.
Almost confirmed Saturday May 30 at 1605 on WRN via WRMI 7730, no
signal or JBA into several Florida remotes, best perhaps Miramar,
presumably groundwave. Not either into Georgia, up the coast in SC,
VA, MD nor even Bermuda. One wonders where this signal be of any use
beaming NE 44 degrees in the daytime!
Also confirmed Saturday May 30 at 1930 on WRN via WRMI 9395, S9+30
into Georgia SDR.
Also confirmed Saturday May 30 at 1930 on SW Radio Gold, Germany,
6160.000 S7/S9 and noisy, and 3975.000-, S9/+5 into UTwente.
Not confirmed Sat May 30 the nominal 1930v on WA0RCR, 1860 AM, MO,
only a trace of algo at 1951 on N9AZZ IL remote; no point in checking
others which just can`t get it in summer daytimes, not even the one in
St Louis.
Also confirmed Saturday May 30 at 2100 on WRMI 9395, S9+35 into
Georgia SDR.
Also confirmed Saturday May 30 at 2230 on WRMI 15770, S9/+7 into N9AZZ

close, skipping over.
