Vs IBOC noise peaking 1157 from KOTV Tulsa, but also some with USB tuning. IBOC on 1163 would come from 1150, but nothing known there with it, nor any match heard on 1137. As for the SS, not many choices, unless something have changed. Per IRCA Mexican Log, XEQIN in BCN, day power 10 kW which I would not expect here; CP for a station in Guanajuato, XECSEG; in USA, per NRC AM Log, WEWC near Jaxonvil FL, ditto like XEQIN; and most likely, KCTO Cleveland MO, R. Maria, U4 5000/2300, SS/REL.
