** ARGENTINA [non]. 9455, Friday July 31 at 2315 tune-in, RAE
Brazuguese via WRMI, DX program already in progress, apparently about
FM stations in Per?, oldthing heard before? 2318 clip of ``Good
Morning, Vietnam!``. Several plugs with phone number to listen to RAE
in Brasil without additional cost. That is really necessary, since
9455 is aimed NW from FL! Checking ``Brasila`` SDR, inaudible, or
maybe a trace. Has new QSL card printed. Music sounders new? not heard
before - show is `Atualidade DX`, not Atividade DX as I think I have
rendered it sometimes. The sounders keep playing to 2327, very
repetitive, then multi-lingual IDs.
This prompts me to seek out RAE in English via the WOR Hitlist - some
of the linx lead to outdated skeds from 2022! Even their FB not
updated since then. Friends of RAE, rae.ar goes nowhere now. But they
do have latest shows ondemand:

Odd dates during month of July, unseems any exact pattern. Once you
click on the link, it shows the program content for that date, and for
July 14 I see the last item in the almost-hour file is ``DX
Supplement`` at https://www.radionacional.com.ar/rae-in-english-371/
I fish around and find it is not the last, but in the middle from :32
to :38 approx. Announcer says has been on for long time, weekly for 15
years, this one for the week of July 13 [Monday]. Arnaldo Slaen is
credited. Unlike Portuguese, most info fairly current: Australia, 5055
Al Kirton`s 4KZ now 4DX 1 kW, 6/11 per Ron Howard. Others are SW
Australia on 2310, 4835; 4TRP on 2355; R 567 on 4970. Reach Beyond
Australia heard on 15460 Sun June 28 from 1130 with KTWR IS, Waltzing
Matilda, Kookaburra. SW was a vital backup for World Cup listeners
when streaming? failed, but could be heard in Africa after 1900 on SW
from France, 15300, 17620, 17850, 21580; later 9790, 11995 until 2200,
per Hansjoerg Biener. USAGM reactivated Lampertheim, Germany, sked in
HFCC for tests to Oct 24, since June 23, Tue & Thu 100 kW - but no
frequencies or times. And then on to another program. I see another DX
Supplement is in the July 28 cast starting about 23:35 but not
listened to it yet. Its URL ends in 376 (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** FRANCE. 11995, August 1 at 0628 African music S5/S8 and the SSOB;
0629 YL announcement in unknown language, bit of music, a few words in
French not understood and off by 0630. EiBi shows this is RFI in Hausa
daily 0600-0630. As usual, wish I knew some clues to identify Hausa,
keywords. Not even sure how they say ``This is`` or ``Radio`` (Glenn

** U S A. 365 MCW kHz, Aug 1 at 0636 UT, a few NDBs are JBA vs noise
level, the least regular being AA here. RNA list shows `Kenie`, Fargo
ND but site in MN, 100 watts (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)
** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2358 monitoring: confirmed Friday
July 31 at 2200 on WRMI 9955, S9/+10 into Bonaire where it`s aimed.
Also confirmed Friday July 31 at 2230 on SW Radio Gold, Germany,
3975.001-, S9/+10 into Utwente.
Not confirmed UT Sat Aug 1 at 0300 on WTWW 5085: not on the air at all
tonight, unknown why.
Confirmed not on SW Radio Gold, Germany, 6160 into UTwente, Saturday
Aug 1 after 1430, since on first Sat of month is replaced by Texas R
SW from 1400.
WRMI is now closing 9955 at 1500* so no more WOR at 1530 Saturdays.

`A Quiet Place` is excellent. Network TV is terrible now. They only do
Netflix, and bottomless pit of YouTube; also off-air with real TV
antenna, they still work, rotate toward multiple cities for hundreds
of sub-channels. They refuse to subscribe to cable, bait-and-switch
ripoff. 0056 email. 0059 let`s make our own state of Aroostook, away
