pirate relay this time of KVBN-LP 99.9 MHz, otherwise instrumental

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2358 monitoring: confirmed Thursday
August 6 from 1630.9 on SW Radio Gold, Germany, 6160.002, S8/9+5 into
UTwente.

Georgia SDR.
