Surely there would be at least a JBA carrier if not off the air; OTOH,
15770 at 0111 is S9+30 with nostalgic music, the `Early Jazz` show,
the SSOB and virtually the OSOB as I tune up from 15000! By 0125,
faded way down to S6/S7. BTW, SMTV is System J on the transmitter
sked, but there is no System J program sked with all the details of
SMTV and whatever else (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

JBA carrier. Propagation may be degraded, but no blackout. Othersigs
are there, such as 9395 & 9455 & 9955 WRMI, 9490 RMI via FRANCE, WTWW
still on 9930. At 0215 check of Maine SDR, still nothing on 9265. Is
on at 1419 Aug 30. WINB.com program sked just updated Aug 23, shows a
gap, or a very long 2215 program. Or do they just turn off the
transmitter for a while if there be bits of unsold time?:

Mark Taylor reported in his NASWA Flashsheet that WINB 9265 he heard
in Chinese on Aug 22, but omitted the time. I asked him, and reply:
``Hi Glenn, The 9265 WINB in Chinese was at 2152 on 8.22.26 Mark`` -
so that was a Saturday, the day before the sked revision. Assuming no
change for that, it now shows starting at 2130 Sat, `Living the
Bible`, for 45? minutes until the 2215 show. WINB also has a page
supposedly linking to each program`s website and audio, but that one
goes nowhere. Assuming that exact title applies to only one program,
further searching leads to a show on the Wilkins Radio Network, which
has weekly episodes planned already to 28 November 2026 [sic], and
this about it:
``"Living the Bible" is a Christian radio program hosted by Mieko
Namihira and featured as a ministry partner on the Wilkins Radio

listened to the start of one furthest into the future - player
indicates the duration of each is only 15 minutes! So what about
2145-2215 UT? Anyhow, Mieko still has a very heavy Japanese accent!
Despite being in USA for 62 years, but not Chinese. Unfortunately, I
missed checking this Sat at 2152 for how it may sound; maybe next
