Ron`` Ron Howard`s clip has a definite WBCQ ID, and World`s Last Chance. This is not the huge 500 kW signal we used to have on 9330. Powered down, even one of their other little transmitters? JBA carrier direct at 1436 Sept 13, or just propagation? It may also remain possible this not really be WBCQ Monticello. IIRC, previously, such IDs went out even when WLCR was relayed somewhere else.
