RHC, making it the SSOB as there is hardly anything else, JBA carrier

** ECUADOR. 6050, Sept 17 at 0637, S9 music, presumably HCJB extended
beyond 0230/0500* as has been reported, rather than ELWA Liberia which
starts around 0600; its carrier had usually been audible. I wonder if
the two Christian stations coördinate frequency usage.
Other reports: ``I noticed this past Sunday September 13 that HCJB
6050 was on well past the usual 0500 sign off time. Normally the
transmitter appears to be on a timer, as it cuts off at precisely
0500, often right in the middle of the Ecuadorean national anthem.

this one per IRCA Mexican Log:

TVR New station was testing 5/25, on the air by 7/25. Active 5/26
