Ibiuna) had the opportunity to experience this same situation on 1100 kHz;
Denis was using a 1.5-meter diameter super-loop antenna, while I was using an
RGP3 ferrite loop. Since we were using loop antennas?which are highly
directional?the Bogot? signal was slightly weaker than the Vi?a del Mar signal,
yet it was still audible.
