direct. HFCC shows BBC Hausa Saturday only 1300-1700 (Glenn Hauser,

** MALI. 5995, Sept 19 at 0622, no noise, no signal at all from ORTM
direct. At 1759 I bring up 5995 via the Fuerteventura, Canary Islands
remote, just in time to hear the *carrier on and 1800 s/on in French
giving the SW schedule on 5995 & 9635, S8/9+10, 1802 into Bambara.
1850 recheck, right on time, ID for FM frequency, in French, intro
``Magazine en anglais`` which is the token English on Saturdays only,
but missing last week. Unfortunately, the presenter and a few other
voices have such heavy accents that combined with surge/fading make
them very hard to understand. First topic is visit of PM of Algeria,
about shared vision, friendship, solidarity, such platitudes. 1901
about high commissioner for refugees, 1905 ending English, goodbye. FM
frequencies four-score and twelve, four-score and fifteen point two,
as listed for Bamako itself in WRTH, 92.0 and 95.2 (Glenn Hauser, OK,

** NORTH AMERICA. 6945 USB, Sept 20 at 0315, pirate music S9+20, OSOB

wagging the 1390 KCRC dog is dead air for a good many minutes; did not

** OKLAHOMA. 95.5, Sept 19 circa 2030 UT, the very low power pirate
audible only within a few blox of the intersexion of west OK Garriott
and S Cleveland in Enid is still active when I am rarely driving by
there. $tereo pilot is on, but rock music sounds mono, no
announcements ever caught. 1680 AM, Virtual DJ Radio, near the
intersexion of W Garriott & S Van Buren = US 412 & 81, remains gone

a bit to 1501*. That would be the end of VOA Korean via PHILIPPINES,

scheduled, VOA Radio Ashna alternating Dari and Pashto, daily at
1400-1730 via Kuwait. Aoki shows nothing but VOA Korean via Tinang
Tue-Sat 0500-1500. Latest HFCC shows both but Korean M-F, and this is

** U S A [and non]. WORLD OF RADIO 2365 monitoring: confirmed UT
Saturday September 19 at 0300 on WTWW 5085, S9 but noisy into NH SDR,
slightly better into Georgia, S9+20/25.
Also confirmed Saturday September 19 at 1530 on WRMI webcast only.
Also confirmed Saturday September 19 at 1600 on WRN via WRMI 7730 &
9395: into Citrus FL SDR, 7730 is S9, much stronger than 9395 skipping
over; with SMTV until 1559. 7730 into Georgia SDR is always very weak
if at all, while 9395 is S9+10/25 with WRN, then WOR almost
synchronized on both via two different remotes.
Also confirmed Saturday September 19 at 1951 the 1930 on WRN via WRMI
9395, S9+32, while as usual WRMI stream is something else.
Not confirmed the Saturday September 19 1930v on WA0RCR, 1860 AM, only
summer daytime noise into nearby remotes.
Also confirmed Saturday September 19 from 2230.7 on SW Radio Gold,
Germany, on 3975.001+, S9/+5 at new time replacing Sat 1430 & 1930
airings. Into UTwente.
Also confirmed Saturday September 19 at 2358 the 2330 on
IPAR/IBA/NEXUS webcast only.
Not confirmed UT Sunday September 20 starting at 0306 on WA0RCR, 1860
AM, MO, awful reception direct with storm noise, but I can tell it
isn`t WOR 2365 - stuff from October *2024*, as on WOR *2265*! I`ve
checked my linx and no such typo, so I guess Vern drew the
two-year-old show by mistake. Perhaps he will get 2365 on later
tonight or double-up next weekend with 2366? Next:

IRCA Mexican Log, most likely would be XECHAP, Chapango, Estado de

UNIDENTIFIED. Huge loud pulsating wideband noise blobs slightly more
than 1 MHz apart at approx. 104 times per minute, roughly: 9.67,
11.71, 12.73, 15.78, 17.82, 28.0 MHz and no doubt intervals in
between. I suppose something in my neighborhood, nothing known in my
