Actually, the build definition is inside the VistA FOIA.  With the
latest copy up and running you would need to use the KIDS options to
export the KIDS build, then import it into your account.

moving forward in this direction is proving to be a
mammoth task as I can't even figure out how to enter a
bill for a patient. Does it require Account's
Receivable package necessarily? I feel it is not
installed already in my distribution.
