rgaber:  Thanks for the tip on the Rad/Nuc Med patient file.  I put the 
patient there in an imaging location and I can now select the patient.

I can't select any exams, I'll work on that tonight.

Sorry I wasn't clear.  No I haven't gotten through the reg process with a 
patient.  The application crashed on me and I need to go back in to repeat it 
so I can figure out what point it's crashing.
