[Hardhats-members] CD vs. DVD format for OpenVistA VivA

I have so far tried to use a CD format for the OpenVistA VivA live CDs. 
 By going to a DVD format, I can use Knoppix as the base, rather than 
Morphix.  However, this means that folks will need to have DVD burners 
rather than CD burners.

So, this is an informal survey to ask whether (a) you have a DVD burner 
or just a CD burner and (b) download times make you prefer the smaller 
CD format.
