As soon as any updates to the ICDs are released VA-wide, they'll be on the ftp site 
too within a few days.  I wouldn't try to merge them in by yourself as there's a bit 
of knitting that must be done with the Lexicon Utility as well.  There are issues such 
as retiring old codes, dealing with text changes for the same codes (HIPAA requires 
being able to display the text for a given code based on the dates the text is 
effective ... the sometimes terminology challenged folks who come up with the ICD 
sometimes reuse a code and change the text just a little ...) and a few other arcane 
odds and ends.

I didn't see any licensing information in the read me (it's late, I'll 
look at the other stuff later). Free for use by anyone?

Also if anyone wants me to reformat these into a file for import to 
VistA give me a file format (fields, length etc) and I'll get it done.
