Sorry to be jumping so late. I was in design/code mode all day
yesterday, and today.

When I take a cache.dat from version 4 (such as the FOIA release), as
part of setup I run 
%SYS>DO START^%SYSCONV("/home/Cache50-DB/Vista")
then after disk activity settles down, I run
DO STATUS^%SYSCONV to make sure the conversion/compile has completed

Then I get on with setting up VistA.

/home/Cache50-DB/Vista is the directory where I put the Cache.dat.
