hi all,
What keys and/or permissions are required to process the Insurance information for a patient? I assigned myself with DG ELIGIBILITY and IB INSURANCE SUPERVISOR keys in order to verify and process the insurance information via. the PROCESS INSURANCE BUFFER option. Even after doing that, I am not able to process the information.
I get the follwoing screen -
