Apropos GT.M support for Kevin. I am leaving this evening for Krakow, Poland, but will be back Wednesday evening. During my absence, I will try to check e-mail, but don't know for sure that I will be able to. If anyone wants to reach me, please try my mobile (610) 620-3355 - it is supposed to work in Poland, but again, no guarantees because I have not tried it there before (it does work in Frankfurt, Germany).
Kevin, since GT.M support is priced by number of users (the license on x86 Linux is free, and our business model is based on providing services such as support), please e-mail me the maximum number of users expected to be on the system in the first year. To anyone who would like to provide support VistA support to Kevin's group: the support model is that anyone needing support would call you, and if you determine it is a GT.M issue (or if you just want to ask the GT.M team about something), you would contact Fidelity GT.M support by e-mail or phone. There will be a level playing field for everyone who wishes to provide VistA support to Kevin's group in that everyone will get the same price from Fidelity for GT.M support (there are different prices for support during regular business hours and 24x7 support, both of which are available). How you bundle, mark-up, or breakout GT.M support in the price & terms you quote Kevin's group is your business. I am sorry to take group bandwidth in what should be a post to individuals, but I don't know who is planning to respond to Kevin. Please e-mail me directly at [EMAIL PROTECTED] (k dot bhaskar at sanchez dot com).
