The drugs need to be marked for the use of outpatient and inpatient pharmacy. You can do that using the PSS DRUG ENTER/EDIT option. After you that you, it needs to merged it with the NDF file using PSNMGR option.

I thinking I remember that that problem had something to do with having to put
those drugs into the outpatient pharmacy somehow.
