That would be nice, as we would like to get some support from those who have 
worked on the system and know its hooks. I would say it would help us from 
not re-inventing the wheel.

The State of Washington has had support staff at its two main hospitals 
Eastern and Western State Hospital since it installed VistA and they have 
trained that staff in the system and its maintenance since that time. I'll 
try to get a Point-of-Contact for those interested in their approach.
