The one time I looked at this, the entries needed to be confirmed by a second 
person with the right key from the New Person File, like a second pharmacist 
or the pharmacy manager or something like that..  Have you done that?  Also, I 
think I recall something about it only being listed for outpatients.  Could 
that be right?
