The Vital Signs are stored in the GMRV VITAL MEASUREMENT File (#120.5) in the ^GMR(120.5,*) global.
The #.01 field is DATE/TIME VITALS TAKEN, which is a required DATE and time field with seconds required. The #.02 field is PATIENT (a pointer to File#2) and the #.03 field is VITAL TYPE, a ptr to GMRV VITAL TYPE FILE (#120.51) the File should be rather straightforward, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
