Nick, In file 200 (NEW PERSON), if field #101.01 is set to YES, you can restrict access to selected patients. This is the description of the field:
Answer 'YES' to restrict this user to selecting only those patients associated with the list pointed to by the PATIENT SELECTION LIST fiels (#101.02) I've not seen any way to restrict one provider from viewing another provider's patients. And let me just say, as a physician, that doing so would be a bad idea in my opinion. It would be better to allow all access, but just log it. Why would you want to restrict access?
