Kevin, I did the entries to the file as you said but it's the same. In the consults tab in CPRS (Even the ORDERS tab)I still cannot order a new consult (no Consult to Service Specialty in the drop down box) neither can i order a new procedure(no procedure listing, so the Servive to perform the procedure drop box can't even be enabled). I can't even order a Vital measurement as there is no entry in the measurement drop box!
