Yep - this includes online greeting cards, articles that "click here to email to a friend" will record your info, and -well- anything that is a form honestly.
Pretty much anytime you put in anything on the web, something records it. But services like these target consumers and information exchange - those are the list herders. Also note, most online card or wallpaper sites are spammers looking for valid email addresses.
