[Hardhats-members] CPRS reports showing error

Hi Referring to my previous mail, this is another problem with some of the CPRS reports. Some of the reports (imaging, surgery...) work fine and show the records, or empty  list as no related cases exist for the patient. While some reports("Disabilities" report category, in the category Clinical reports -> Patient Information) shows the message "ERROR: Unable to open HFS file". and "0^A scratch directory for reports doesn't exist" . What are these errors and how do I sort them out?   Regards Usha
