It seems I heard some scuttlebutt a while back that some of the Hardhats were either working on a project or wanting to work on a project in Africa that would use VistA to serve as a repository for data collected on the treatment and test results of AIDS patients being taken care of in outlying areas where there were little resouces. Perhaps someone can enlighten us about that. .
