Hi,
I'll appreciate if someone can lead me to where queue management can be found in VistA. Essentially its to manage patients waiting to see doctors at clinics and for various services such as getting their blood tests, x-rays, collect medications etc. and to be able to generate reports and monitor waiting time of patients, serving time etc.
If there is, is the system based on a centric queue management concept whereby a patient be given only one queue number from registration, referrals, appointments, investigations, pharmacy and payment until the end of visitation?
