Found on the above site is the log/process used to create the CD. I am also going to put the tutorial on this site (coming soon!!). I will be happy to answer any questions regarding the CD. Since the access and verify code for MANAGER,SYSTEM are public on my web site, I recommend that those who are security conscious change them.
