Perhaps they could increase the mic level.
I use Teamspeak and Ventrillo for online gaming and usually their pretty good.
I can record to MP3 if we have permission to do so and use the material later.

It would be neat if the sessions were recorded on a PC, the later converted to MP3s and uploaded to Hardhats or WorldVistA for folks to sample later, based on the topic. That is a lot to ask, especially last minute, so just consider it a suggestion.
