It seems clear to me that if the port was based entirely on the GNU GPL source 
for GT.M
for Linux/X86 that it would naturally be Open Source and still under GPL. If 
the port was
based on proprietary knowledge from one of Fidelity's other implementations of 
GT.M, then
the licensing would be Fidelity's choice.
