Few really understand the VistA "Enterprise View, Life Cycle Principles" that the hardhats evolved while CMU SEI was evolving the Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK) which we wwere all part of when the concepts were mutually discussed in Sept 1998 at an MDC meeting. We just have to get that story told and the hardhats who made the VistA possible clearly recognized - and there are many, so we have lots f informing to do.
