I'm sorry but I'm still not following you.  In my
config-script, one can can create custom scripts. 
There is a scripting command that allows the script to
launch a VistA menu option.  Is this what you mean? 
Tell me again what you are trying to do please.  I'm
tired and being slow on the uptake.

Well, you certainly seem to be very knowledgable.  And
it looks like you have your own business.  I think
that becoming a VistA installer/supporter would be a
great idea.  Our company will eventually need a
support person other than me--and one that is linux
knowledgeable...
