Nancy -- I ran ZTMGRSET before packaging the release, and it did its thing. Had it not worked, even basic entry points like ^XUP and P^DI would not have worked. Bill simply ran it again. However, an omission from ZTMGRSET appears to be that it doesn't copy ZISFGTM.m to _ZISF.m.
