Joe,
You can conference call with Skype too...I think it's up to 5 people...after that I recommend Teamspeak which would require setting up a server. Molly and I have been using Skype to connect for over a year....I have reduced my business phone bill to about $30/mth (am using VOIP now too) ..... time to sell your phone company stock!!!

Dr. Cheah,
You have spawned an innovation at Crain Communications. I asked my tech department head, Fred Bauman, (I cc'd him on our last e-mail) about installing Skype and sent him the link, expecting to get a no and some explaination about the firewall. Instead, after a couple of hours, he came up here, hands me a microphone and installs it and the software for me. He said he downloaded a copy for himself and his boss in Detroit (we're in Chicago) and they'd talked back and forth and his boss loves it. So, we both look good. I have to admit I have a kid-at-Christmas feeling myself. Thanks.
Anyway, now we need to set up a time for the interview. What's good for you?
Regards,
Joe

I've been following its development for a while but I don't have the skill to go beyond this :) My interest is rekindled recently when thinking about deploying VistA in Malaysia and having to look at integration issues with other 3rd party applications as well.
