I didn't spend much time hunting around on their site, but it's hard to find any information beyond "proximity based authentication". I guess it raises a lot of questions in my mind (such as what might happen if two doctors are standing in front of the same terminal and, for that matter, what should happen). But, in any event, it seems like a really interesting idea. Another question is whether you'd even want all that RF traffic in a hospital environment. Is it more or less safe than a wireless phone? (Of course, here I am speculating as to how it might work.)

I have read a lot in the pharmacy world lately about this product and see where some places are testing it in the CPOE environment for automatic login of nurses and other health care providers.  This may be a solution for CPRS login, I see where they have an Application Integration component to configure its use with different products.  I believe there was a posting on this subject a while back ago.
