You have to identify yourself to Fileman. This means that you need to have a user record created in the database.
Nancy's instructions walk one through created a "system manager" user. You need to do this. Then when it asks for the Access code, you can answer this question. But what is more curious is that I just ran do Q^DI from my site and it doesn't ask me for an access code. Maybe there have been changes to fileman since I installed?
