This raises a point I think I have observed. I did several installs of VistA. One installation, I think May 2003, had lexicon that would search and find ICD9, NDF, and a few more goodies. The VistA I have now doesn't have the NDF, and some other goodies I though present in the 2003 version.
Are we getting a different bundle with each release? NDF is downloadable quarterly, is there a pain-free trick to keeping it current?
