I think part of the problem here is all the required fields. I had it worked out on a former install so that it went pretty easy. This time I will make a list. Anyone out there already have a list of mandatory fields for VA and not needed in private practice.
The other concern is will dropping these fields bring grief later. Green screen is not bad at all using SCREENMAN.
