At the programmer's prompt: VAH>ZR VAH>ZS routinename
Then all instances of that routine should be gone. There may be a Cache utility to totally remove all instances of a routine. I have had problems in the past using ^%RPURGE and ^%RDELETE and using explorer to delete all instances of a routine.
