There are no biases around here. Right?
Actually, I would hope a peer reviewer for a paper could come up
with something a little better than "This paper is lousy." They had
better if they really want there opinion to be taken seriously!
VistA is not without its flaws and omissions, but it's a big leap
from that to the "review" you quoted.
