I would like to get our VistA interfaced with our lab.
I have been reading the Lab technical manual
(Lab5_2tm.pdf). It looks like it is designed for the
various pieces of lab equipment to be connected to the
computer through a "LSI" device--a "data
concentrator". These initials aren't defined. At one
point, it appears that the device is actually a
"General Digital GDC 2100 Data Concentrator".
This manual is from 1994. Is such a card even still
available?
Any advice about how to go about learning about lab
interfacing in VistA?
