Read this http://www.hardhats.org/projects/VistA_Install/CPRSStart12.html And do steps 2-8 in adding the GUI menu, then skip to Give Yourself the Correct Keys and Tabs and then Skip to Other Methods to Try if Necessary and use teh ShortCut Method, which seems to be the way to go now-a-days.
I should change those instructions, too. I'll have to add that to my always growing list of things to do!
