Rusty, Even with VirtualPC licenses, the overhead will be too heavy. Maybe having all Mac network (Mac in each office) and build a complete Mac-VistA system managed by NetInfo. New GUI could be created with Mac's Interface Builder for Macintosh graphics. That means no need for Windows, yes!
