To be fair Greg, frankly, the people making these decisions aren't even qualified to make such choices. It cost $200K/year from Siemans for a barely usable system in which it take them 6 months to simply change a label on a form. Just to change the F*^4g label so that a user knows what the heck s/he's looking at. So what kind of support are we talking about here? We all make our money on the support. The only difference is, with a Free Software system your not locked into a single vendor.
