[Hardhats-members] Install MyHealtheVet server

Hi For allowing patients to access their records, VistA uses MyHealtheVet. To get it running on our server, I installed the patch MHV_1_0.KID available at the VA’s ftp site, with the help of the manuals in VDL. Then I realized that we do not have the HealtheVet server installed on our server. Where can we download it? And how can the HealtheVet server be installed? Thanks in advance for the reply.
