Use a live CD/DVD (OpenVistA VivA from http://sourceforge.net/projects/worldvista or the GT.M Acculturation live CD from http://sourceforge.net/projects/sanchez-gtm) and a 1GB USB flash drive, and take your work wherever you want. It shouldn't be hard to install Cache and VistA on the USB flash drive so that you can take both M environments with you by carrying a CD/DVD and a USB flash drive.
