[Hardhats-members] Regsitration GUI

Hi   I saw a GUI named "PICS Workstation" under the Registration folder at VA's ftp site. I downloaded it and as I began to execute it, the following massage comes up   --------------------------- PICSWorkstation --------------------------- Problem starting the Context Manager. Application will now exit. --------------------------- OK   --------------------------- Any idea what it wants?   Regards Usha
