What you need to look into is the "Radiology/Nuclear Medicine V.5.0 ADPAC Guide" that can be downloaded from http://www.va.gov/vdl/Clinical.asp?appID=98 . Use the RA SYSDEF System Definition Menu to set up the various Division parameters. Do ensure that you have the required security keys. (Before you begin the process of building your files, you should consult with your IRM Service to be sure you have access to the security keys (RA MGR, RA ALLOC and RA VERIFY) and have been assigned the Rad/Nuc Med Total System Menu.... )
