Hopefully the Cache folks will chime in here, but they are up to 5.0.18 at least and I think have released 5.1. I doubt any of the 5.0.* would have problems, but you can check here.

Does anyone knows a simple way to find the Cache Version 5.0.14 Release Notes? It appears we were able to get 5.0.14 right now, but I would very much appreciate if you could give me some advice on which of the latest 5.0.xx releases is more stable? We are in the process of implementing Vista application using Cache globals to store data, but in addition, have 2 MS SQL Server databases that Vista will be updating. Any information you could provide me would be very, very much appreciated!
